ABout Terry

Terry Roseborough(aka “T-Rose”) started dancing as a toddler where there was always music around and his biggest influence was Blues and R&B. Older pop music was in the mix as well. He did Square Dancing in elementary school and also got into Pop & Lock, Break dancing, Roboting, Boogaloo and Hip Hip as a teenager.

T-Rose found Country 2 Step in as a junior in high school year 1984 and not long after that he started entering club competitions and winning. He learned WCS in 1986, but in the mid-nineties he began competing in the UCDWC, Fun Country, and ACDA dance circuits making it all the way to Division 1 before shifting his focus on WCS only.

Along the way from several friends he learned Latin and Ballroom dances, but focused on WCS.

After entering his first West Coast Swing contest in 1986 in a Jack & Jill contest at the local swing club named Tulsa Swing dance Club (TSC) he knew this was the dance for him and has gone on the teach WCS around the world. Some places include Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand, and all over the United States. He is known for his fun, humorous nature and desire to bring happiness to all those around him as well as making each and every lady or girl feel like they are the best & most important dancer on the floor.

Here are just a few accomplishments for T-Rose:

About Bonnie & Jérôme

Bonnie started West Coast Swing dancing at 14 and hasn't looked back.

Prior to that, she did a little gymnastics and some Bellydance, which gave her a unique foundation for West Coast.

Since falling in love with West Coast Swing, Bonnie has dabbled in Salsa & other Latin dances, Blues, Lindy, Balboa, Hip Hop, and a little Modern, as well as trying to follow anything anyone tries to throw at her.

She started teaching WCS by herself in 2008, and began partnering with Jérome in 2012.

Bonnie's versatility, musicality and strength make her a formidable dancer, while her patience, understanding and experience make her an excellent teacher.

Jérome's journey in dance began when he was 3 years old, when he took two years of ballet.

He started dancing Hip Hop as a teenager.

At 19 he started his first partner dance, Rock'n'Roll, then Boogie and Lindy Hop, before finding West Coast Swing at age 28.

In order to provide quality lessons Jérome took a WCS teacher training course in France.

He then spent one year in Montreal to continue to educate himself with professional American dancers and compete.

By the end of that year, he progressed from Novice to All-Star rank and completed two PDIA teaching certificates.

Jérome is originally from Montpellier, France, and Bonnie is from Oklahoma City, OK, USA.  They now call Atlanta home, while traveling about 40 weekends a year to teach, judge, and perform West Coast Swing nationally and internationally, competing in the champions division.  They currently perform routines in the Showcase division, and love to share their art and knowledge with others.
